On my Sony STR-DB930 the Volume LED, Multi Channel Decodeing and all green Video LEDs dosen´t work anymore.

I´ve tried to find the problem and found the NJU3719L
chip is connected to this LEDs directly. My question is this Chip the reason for the failure?
And can I buy this chip or the right spare part from you shiping to Germany?
